Public Transportation

'The Port Authority of Allegheny County' offers bus service to Pittsburgh International Airport by the West Busway (28X Airport Flyer). The bus operates to and from PIT and serves the following destinations: downtown Pittsburgh, Oakland, Duquesne University, Carnegie Mellon University, and Robinson Town Center on a regular schedule. The bus departs every 30 minutes outside the Baggage Claim area, Door N6.

Be aware that cost is around $2.75 between the following areas: North Point Breeze, Bakery Square, Oakland, Downtown Pittsburgh, Shadyside, Robinson Town Centre, and Pittsburgh International Airport. Bus Service operators do not carry any change or return ticket. Customers should buy the ticket when boarding. Remember that there is no luggage assistance provided, so you are responsible for your carry-on bags and other stuff.
